At 6 a.m, our huge convoy of vehicles headed towards Mentakab for the ground-breaking ceremony. After travelling for an hour, the motorcade finally reached the entrance of the EcoFarm. However, as part of the road was muddy due to heavy rain on the night before, several vehicles were stuck and unable to move. Fortunately, there were a few experienced drivers among the guests, and after a thrilling experience, everyone arrived at the destination safely.
The ground-breaking ceremony began at 9a.m. in the morning. The Daoist Priest commenced a prayer ceremony for a smooth and successful construction. After the prayer ceremony, Mr. KC Lim, President of the group, delivered a welcome speech to thank the guests for coming, and then reported the progress and vision of each orchard. As the speech ended, Mr. KC Lim and Ms. Yirin Choo, CEO of the group together started the engine of the excavator as a gesture to kickstart the construction project.
Nine key individuals from Eco Starland also planted nine durian seedlings with golden hoes on the 315 acres land to symbolize the start of new life and prosperity with the hope for more durian trees to be blooming in EcoFarm.
After the ceremony, the guests were treated to light snacks prepared by the staff while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the EcoFarm. The convoy left the farm around 12p.m and headed to a restaurant in Karak for lunch. After lunch, the convoy members then parted ways and headed home.
2018年10月19日-文德甲讯。
清晨6点，声势浩大的登山车队驱车前往文德甲，进行动土仪式。在柏油路上开了一个小时后，车队从高速道路转入登山口。由于前天晚上下雨，所以部分路段泥泞不堪，好几辆越野车卡在途中，动弹不得。幸好，贵宾中不乏开车好手，经过惊险的越野体验后，最终所有人都顺利抵达目的地。
早上9点准时进行动土仪式，道长首先禀告神明此处将大兴土木，祈求兴工顺利，并驱逐煞神与秽气。宗教仪式结束后，易盛集团董事主席致欢迎词感谢贵宾莅临，随后报告各果园的工作进度与愿景。接着，林金钟先生和首席执行长朱佩琳小姐，二人一起为动土仪式启动神手，正式动工。
易盛集团的9位重要人物也在315英亩的易盛园用金锄头耕地，种下9棵榴梿苗，象征新生命的展开，未来将在这片土地，种下无数的榴梿树，使易盛园结满黄金果。
仪式圆满结束后，嘉宾享用工作人员准备的简单餐点，并欣赏易盛园的秀丽景致。一直到中午12点才离开，前往加叻有口福餐馆，享用午餐，随后一群人才打道回府。
